Positions Available
Dealers
We’re looking for Experienced Poker Dealers to join our team at Waterloo Poker Syndicate. Dealers are responsible for running smooth, fair, and professional games while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging for players. Strong knowledge of poker rules and prior dealing experience are required.
Floor Manager
We’re hiring an Experienced Floor Manager to help oversee daily poker operations at Waterloo Poker Syndicate. This role involves making accurate rulings during games, ensuring fair play, and managing cashier responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of poker rules, strong decision-making skills, and prior experience in a poker environment are required.
Servers
We’re looking for Experienced servers to join the Waterloo Poker Syndicate team. Servers are responsible for providing friendly, attentive service to players, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Previous hospitality or club experience is required, along with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
